Your first visit, in four steps

One page, no jargon. You can read it in two minutes.

  • 1. Write or call

Tell us when you are free. Leave out medical details; they are for the visit.

  • 2. Get the estimate

We send the written estimate and a few forms before your first visit, each with a note on what it is for.

    How fees work
  • 3. Come for 60 minutes

In our Bismarck office, or by video if you are in North Dakota. Ghada listens first and explains her choices.

  • 4. Choose the next step

You decide together what, if anything, to start, and when the next visit will be.

What to have ready

None of this is required to write to us.

  • A list of what you take

Medicines, vitamins and supplements, with doses if you know them.

  • Your pharmacy

The name and town of the pharmacy you use now.

  • A few questions

Write down what you want to ask. Visits are short, and a list helps.
