What to expect from Mend

This site is not monitored around the clock, and a message sent through the form is not read right away. Do not use it for anything urgent.

If you are a patient and are worried about how you are doing between visits, call us during office hours. If it cannot wait, call or text 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.

If a medicine seems to be making things worse, call us during office hours, or call 988 or 911 if you feel unsafe. Do not wait for your next visit.
