About Mend
One clinician, and time to listen
Mend is a solo practice. You see the same nurse practitioner at every visit, from the first evaluation on.
A solo practice is small on purpose. There is no hand-off between clinicians and no waiting room full of strangers. Visits are short and each has one job, and the fees are written down before you book.
In short

In person in Bismarck, or by video in North Dakota
Fees explained before the first visit

Ghada Sabbagh
