A few things to know first
What do I do in a crisis?
Call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), any time. In an emergency, call 911. Mend is not an emergency service, and messages are not read right away.
How soon can I be seen?
It depends on the week. When you write or call, we tell you the first open time and what to expect before it, so you are not left waiting without an answer.
How are fees set, and can I use an HSA or FSA card?
The fee depends on the kind and length of the visit, and we send it in writing before the first visit. You pay at the end of each visit by card, and HSA and FSA cards work. Ask how to request a reduced-fee visit.
